Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years in innovation strategy, technology consulting, or corporate R&D
- Proven track record in developing future-focused business strategies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, IoT, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional facilitation skills for cross-functional workshops
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (preferred)
