Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year innovation roadmaps aligning with 2026 technological inflection points
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping breakthrough solutions for climate, AI, and biotech sectors
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with $100M+ market potential
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Present visionary frameworks to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Monitor global innovation trends and competitive landscapes
- Drive implementation of sustainable and ethical technology standards
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or technology leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products/services
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or climate tech
- Executive presence with experience influencing C-level decision-makers
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MBA, MS, PhD preferred)
- Published thought leadership in innovation or future studies
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management
- Fluency in English with exceptional written/verbal communication
