Responsibilities
- Architect 2026-ready innovation roadmaps across emerging tech domains (quantum computing, neuro-interfaces, climate tech)
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive trends with 3-5 year market impact
- Develop strategic partnerships with research institutions, startups, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable business strategies for Fortune 500 clients
- Build and lead cross-functional innovation labs with focus on sustainable tech adoption
- Present future-focused thought leadership at global industry summits and publish white papers
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies and scenario planning
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, R&D leadership, or futures consulting
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products/services post-2020
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI ethics, biotech, space economy)
- Certification in Futures Thinking, Strategic Foresight, or equivalent advanced degree
- Portfolio of successfully implemented innovation frameworks for enterprise clients
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with visualization mastery (Tableau, Power BI)
- Experience with global regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies
- Fluency in at least one additional language (Mandarin, Arabic, or Spanish preferred)
