Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Innovation Management, or related field; PhD preferred
- Minimum 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching future-focused initiatives with measurable impact
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and disruptive technology assessment
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for complex future concepts
- Certification in Futures Methodology (e.g., WFS, APF) or equivalent experience
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-vision projects successfully implemented
