Responsibilities
- Lead the development of a 2026 innovation roadmap, aligning with long-term company goals
- Research and analyze emerging technologies and market trends to identify opportunities

- Present findings and strategic recommendations to executive leadership
- Drive the adoption of forward-thinking practices across the organization

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field; Master's preferred
- 5+ years of experience in strategy, innovation, or a related role
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful innovation strategies
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex information
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience with emerging technologies (AI, IoT, Blockchain, etc.) is a plus
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and lead change management initiatives
