Responsibilities
- Analyze and synthesize global megatrends, technological disruptions, and societal shifts to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop and implement strategic innovation frameworks that align with long-term organizational vision
- Lead cross-functional teams in designing future-proof products, services, and business models
- Present executive-ready insights through compelling narratives and data-driven scenario planning
- Establish and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Drive cultural transformation by embedding foresight methodologies across the organization
- Monitor and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence) for strategic integration
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Management, Innovation, or related field; PhD preferred
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused initiatives that generated measurable ROI
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional storytelling skills with experience presenting to C-suite executives and boards
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., WFS, APF) or equivalent practical experience
