Responsibilities
- Develop and implement horizon-scanning frameworks to identify emerging technologies and market shifts impacting 2026
- Lead cross-functional strategic planning sessions to align innovation initiatives with long-term business objectives
- Produce actionable foresight reports and scenario analyses for executive decision-making
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research organizations to pioneer next-gen solutions
- Drive adoption of futures thinking methodologies across product development and R&D teams
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders through compelling visualizations and narratives
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate a culture of continuous innovation
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology roadmapping
- Deep understanding of emerging tech domains (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Track record of implementing strategic initiatives that generated measurable business impact
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Innovation Management preferred
