Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 innovation roadmaps using predictive analytics and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions for autonomous systems and human-AI collaboration
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, synthetic biology, decentralized networks) to identify market opportunities
- Design ethical frameworks for responsible innovation deployment through 2026
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and external stakeholders including government futurists
- Manage innovation pipeline with KPIs focused on 3-year horizon impact
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Innovation, or related field with 5+ years strategic planning experience
- Proven track record in launching tech products with 3+ year lifecycle planning
- Expertise in forecasting methodologies including Delphi analysis and trend impact mapping
- Strong understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., ACIF) preferred
- Experience with scenario planning tools and simulation environments
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex futures into executable business strategies
