Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies and market trends to create strategic innovation roadmaps for 2026-2030
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing and prototyping next-gen products and services
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders to drive collaborative innovation
- Develop KPIs and measurement frameworks for tracking innovation ROI and impact
- Champion a culture of experimentation and calculated risk-taking across the organization
- Author thought leadership content on future-focused business strategies
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in innovation strategy, product development, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of launching market-disrupting products or services
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or relevant field (MBA preferred)
- Exceptional data analysis and strategic planning skills
- Experience managing high-impact cross-functional teams
- Published thought leadership in innovation or future trends
