Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year innovation roadmaps for 2026+ technology horizons
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in quantum, AI, and biotech convergence
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with $50M+ market potential
- Forge strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 companies and research institutions
- Present futuristic concepts to C-suite executives and board members
- Manage $10M+ innovation budgets with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Author thought leadership published in Nature and MIT Technology Review
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or technology development
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough technologies (3+ case studies)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
- Experience managing cross-continental R&D teams
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals or patents
- Fluency in Mandarin and/or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
