Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic innovation or R&D leadership within tech or aerospace
- Proven track record of launching technologies with 3+ year development horizons
- Advanced degree in Futuristics, Systems Engineering, or related technical field
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, synthetic biology, etc.)
