Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and climate resilience systems
- Lead client workshops to identify innovation gaps and future-proof business models
- Manage R&D sprints for prototyping next-gen solutions (IoT, blockchain, AR)
- Collaborate with MIT and Stanford research labs on emerging tech validation
- Present strategic frameworks to C-suite executives and industry consortia
- Mentor junior innovators in future-focused methodologies
- Track global tech trends through proprietary FutureWorks Intelligence Network
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation consulting
- Proven experience with AI/ML deployment in enterprise environments
- Certification in quantum computing fundamentals or equivalent expertise
- Published thought leadership on sustainable technology (IEEE, Nature Tech)
- Experience managing $1M+ innovation budgets with ROI tracking
- Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks for emerging tech (NIST, ISO)
- MBA or advanced degree in Technology Management preferred
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python, R, or Julia)
