Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping breakthrough technologies (quantum, biotech, AGI)
- Identify emerging market disruptions through global trend analysis and competitor intelligence
- Secure $5M+ in R&D funding through strategic partnerships with NASA, DARPA, and Fortune 500 firms
- Translate technical concepts into investor-ready pitches driving $100M+ valuation rounds
- Drive implementation of ethical AI frameworks for next-gen autonomous systems
- Present findings at Davos, CES, and IEEE global innovation summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Innovation Management, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in corporate innovation or venture capital with $50M+ deal flow
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review or MIT Technology Review
- Proficiency in Python, R, and TensorFlow for trend simulation modeling
- Track record of scaling startups to unicorn status or transforming Fortune 100 divisions
- Fluency in Mandarin, German, or Japanese for global stakeholder engagement
- Patent portfolio with 5+ granted innovations in sustainability or human augmentation
