- Develop and execute 2026 innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams in incubating and scaling pilot projects
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Build partnerships with startups, research institutions, and industry disruptors
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and competitive landscapes
- Drive culture of experimentation and rapid prototyping
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, corporate development, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products/services
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, IoT, blockchain, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning capabilities
- Experience managing $5M+ innovation budgets
- Certifications in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
