- Develop and execute strategic innovation roadmap targeting 2026 market disruptions
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen technologies (quantum, AR/VR, biotech)
- Identify and secure partnerships with leading research institutions and startups
- Analyze global tech trends to position FutureWorks at industry forefront
- Present innovation strategies to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ annual innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation
- Mentor junior innovators and foster culture of experimental thinking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation or strategy leadership role
- Proven track record in scaling disruptive technologies to market
- Expertise in future-trend forecasting (Gartner, IDC, or similar)
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech stacks (quantum, blockchain, AI ethics)
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations
- Experience managing P&L for innovation portfolios
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation (patents, whitepapers)
