- Manage $15M+ annual innovation portfolio across quantum computing and neurotech domains
- Establish industry-first partnerships with NASA, CERN, and MIT Media Lab
- Drive commercialization of 3+ patented technologies annually
- Lead ethics committees ensuring responsible AI development frameworks
- Mentor next-gen innovators through our Future Leaders Fellowship program
Qualifications
- PhD in Computational Science, Biotechnology, or Systems Engineering
- 10+ years in R&D leadership with 3+ unicorn-scale innovations
- Published research in Nature/Science with >500 citations
- Proven track record securing $50M+ in venture/government grants
- Expertise in exponential technology convergence (AI+quantum+neuro)
- Deep knowledge of 2026 tech landscape forecasts (WEF, Gartner)
- Fluency in Mandarin, Spanish, and Python required
