Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation or strategic planning with Fortune 500/tech scale
- Proven track record in launching future-focused initiatives with measurable ROI
- Deep expertise in emerging tech: AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech convergence
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., CEIM, CIPM) or advanced degree in relevant field
- Experience developing long-term roadmaps with 2026+ horizon
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
