Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual 2026 Trend Impact Assessments analyzing disruptive technologies and societal shifts
- Design strategic roadmaps for 3-5 year horizon incorporating AI, biotech, and climate adaptation
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with executive teams to stress-test future business models
- Establish cross-functional innovation labs to prototype 2026-ready products and services
- Author thought leadership pieces on future-proofing organizations for industry publications
- Monitor global signals and early indicators of emerging trends through proprietary intelligence systems
- Advose board on risk mitigation strategies for identified black swan events
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Proven track record of developing 5+ year strategic frameworks for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Exceptional data modeling skills with proficiency in trend analysis and predictive analytics
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption or climate adaptation
- Experience leading cross-cultural teams across 3+ continents
- Fluency in strategic scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Shell, Delphi)
