Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives targeting 2026 technology horizons
- Develop and execute innovation roadmaps for AI-driven automation and quantum applications
- Partner with Fortune 500 clients to implement next-gen digital transformation strategies
- Manage a $5M+ innovation portfolio with quarterly ROI-driven pivots
- Present breakthrough concepts to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Drive patent development and open-source contributions in emerging tech domains
- Mentor a team of 12+ specialists in prototyping and rapid iteration methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with proven 2020s-era disruption track record
- Expertise in quantum computing, generative AI, or sustainable tech architecture
- Executive-level experience scaling R&D teams from concept to commercialization
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals preferred
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum simulation frameworks
- Strategic partnerships with MIT Media Lab or similar institutions
- Prior success securing $10M+ in innovation grants or venture funding
