Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech innovation leadership
- Proven track record in quantum/AI implementation
- Published research in IEEE or ACM journals
- Strategic consulting experience with Fortune 500 clients
- PhD in Computer Science or related field
- Proficiency in future-mapping methodologies
- Strong network with DARPA/NSF stakeholders
- Fluency in Mandarin and Spanish
