Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, product development, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching future-focused technologies
- Expertise in emerging tech domains (AI/ML, AR/VR, quantum systems)
- Strong analytical and systems-thinking capabilities
- Experience with agile/scrum methodologies in innovation contexts
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Certifications in innovation management (e.g., CIMP, PDMA) preferred
