Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives targeting 2026 technological inflection points
- Develop and execute 5-year innovation roadmaps with measurable KPIs
- Manage $5M+ annual innovation budget across quantum/AI/sustainability verticals
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and Fortune 500 labs
- Drive commercialization of emerging technologies through MVP launches
- Mentor next-gen innovators through our Future Leaders program
- Present breakthrough concepts to C-suite and board of directors
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in executive leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, or sustainable tech
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals
- Experience managing $10M+ R&D budgets
- Strong network with DARPA, NASA, or EU Horizon programs
- Patent portfolio (5+ granted innovations preferred)
