- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives bridging hardware, software, and human-computer interaction
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and investors with data-driven impact models
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and startups to capture early-stage innovations
- Monitor regulatory landscapes and ethical frameworks for emerging tech adoption
- Mentor junior strategists in futures-thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, R&D, or technology consulting with proven future-tech impact
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains (e.g., Web3, neuromorphic computing, climate tech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with focus on innovation
- Portfolio demonstrating successful technology commercialization or roadmap execution
- Exceptional analytical skills with proficiency in trend analysis tools (e.g., Gartner Hype Cycle, Techsauce)
- Experience working with agile methodologies in research-intensive environments
- Certification in Futures Studies or Innovation Management preferred
