We are building the infrastructure for the future. Nexus Horizon AI is seeking a visionary Future Tech Lead: AI Architect to help define the technology landscape of the year 2026. You will be at the forefront of autonomous systems, next-gen generative intelligence, and scalable cloud architectures.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between theoretical AI research and production-grade systems, ensuring our solutions are robust, scalable, and ready for the demands of the near future.
Responsibilities
- Architect and lead the implementation of autonomous AI agents and next-generation generative models for the 2026 roadmap.
- Design scalable machine learning infrastructure that can handle high-throughput, real-time data processing.
- Define technical standards and best practices for AI deployment, ensuring security and compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate futuristic business requirements into actionable technical roadmaps.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Conduct research and proof-of-concepts (POCs) for emerging technologies like Agentic AI and Multimodal Learning.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow with a proven track record of deploying models to production.
- Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
