- Secure and manage R&D funding for future-focused projects
- Present innovation strategies to C-suite and board stakeholders

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching future-facing products (2020-2025)
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Strong strategic planning with scenario modeling for 2026+ landscapes
- PhD or Master's in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Published thought leadership on future technology trends
