- Collaborate with VPs of Engineering to integrate futuristic technologies into core products
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and external stakeholders on tech evolution
- Establish ethical guidelines for emerging technology adoption across departments
- Manage $2M+ innovation budget for prototyping and pilot programs
- Mentor junior researchers in future-focused technology principles
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ in emerging tech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven experience with quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or sustainable tech
- Published research in IEEE or Nature Technology journal preferred
- Expertise in technology ethics frameworks (e.g., IEEE 7000)
- Track record of scaling technologies from concept to commercialization
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
