Responsibilities
- Lead quantum algorithm development for next-gen cryptography and optimization problems

- Manage cross-disciplinary teams of physicists, engineers, and computer scientists
- Secure $5M+ in government and private quantum research grants
- Publish findings in Nature/Science and present at IEEE Quantum Week
- Partner with hardware teams to co-design quantum processors
- Develop quantum-resistant cybersecurity protocols for enterprise clients
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of hands-on quantum computing research experience
- Published work in top-tier quantum computing journals/conferences
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Strong background in superconducting or photonic quantum systems
- Proven track record of securing research funding
- Experience mentoring postdoctoral researchers
- Fluency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq)
