- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Drive innovation governance frameworks ensuring ethical implementation of emerging technologies
- Present technological vision and progress to C-suite executives and board members
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget and resource allocation for experimental projects
- Foster a culture of radical innovation through hackathons and incubation programs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation with 5+ years in executive leadership roles
- Proven track record delivering breakthrough products in quantum computing or AI domains
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Deep understanding of emerging tech trends (2025-2030 horizon)
- Experience managing multi-million dollar R&D budgets and cross-continental teams
- Certifications in innovation management (e.g., CMI, PDMA) or technology foresight
- Exceptional strategic communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts
