- Architect 5-10 year technology vision aligned with post-2026 societal shifts
- Lead development of neural interface prototypes and quantum computing frameworks
- Coordinate with government agencies on AI ethics standards and regulatory frameworks
- Mentor interdisciplinary teams in bio-integrated systems and ambient computing
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite investors and innovation consortiums
- Publish annual 'State of 2026 Tech' whitepapers establishing industry benchmarks
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Bioengineering, or Futurist Studies (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in emerging tech with proven track record of scaling innovations
- Deep expertise in quantum algorithms, neuromorphic computing, or synthetic biology
- Portfolio demonstrating shipped products in at least two emerging tech domains
- Published thought leadership in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier publications
- Experience securing federal grants for moonshot technology initiatives
- Certification in Global Futures & Foresight methodologies preferred
