Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps for AI, biotech, and quantum computing verticals
- Lead cross-disciplinary R&D initiatives with MIT and Stanford partnerships
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with $50M+ investment potential
- Present strategic blueprints to C-suite and board stakeholders quarterly
- Drive patent filings and IP development for breakthrough innovations
- Mentor a team of 12 PhD-level researchers and engineers
- Collaborate with UN Future Tech Council on global policy frameworks
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, AI, or Quantum Physics (Stanford/MIT preferred)
- 10+ years in strategic tech leadership at FAANG or equivalent tier
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging technologies
- Proven track record scaling tech initiatives to $1B+ valuation
- Expertise in regulatory compliance for autonomous systems and AI ethics
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming (Qiskit)
- Global speaking engagements at Davos or similar forums
