- Lead cross-functional teams to develop breakthrough technologies with 3-year market impact
- Establish strategic partnerships with academia, government, and industry leaders
- Drive R&D investment allocation based on future trend analysis and disruption forecasting
- Mentor senior engineers and scientists in future-focused methodologies
- Present innovation frameworks to the board and secure executive buy-in

Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech innovation, with 5+ years in executive leadership
