Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams of quantum engineers, AI researchers, and UX futurists
- Secure $10M+ in R&D funding through federal grants and private partnerships
- Present findings at Davos, CES, and UN Technology summits
- Drive patent strategy for at least 15 breakthrough innovations annually
- Mentor PhD candidates through our Future Leaders Fellowship program
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or Futuristic Systems with 10+ years industry experience
- Proven track record of scaling tech innovations from lab to market
- Expertise in ethical AI frameworks and sustainable tech standards
- Published author in Nature or Science journals with >50 citations
- Experience securing federal SBIR grants and corporate venture capital
- Fluency in Mandarin and Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
