- Develop and execute a 2026 technology roadmap integrating AI, quantum computing, and sustainable tech
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate disruptive solutions
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders
- Secure $10M+ in innovation funding through grant proposals and investor pitches
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and Board of Directors quarterly
- Mentor a 15-person innovation lab of engineers and futurists
- Monitor global tech trends and regulatory shifts affecting 2026 landscape
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching products valued at $100M+
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in emerging tech: generative AI, blockchain, climate tech
- Exceptional strategic planning and financial modeling skills
- Published thought leadership in Forbes/Wired or equivalent
- Experience scaling teams from 10 to 100+ members
- Security clearance preferred for federal partnerships
