As part of our elite Innovation Lab, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, research scientists, and development teams to identify paradigm-shifting opportunities in AI, quantum computing, biotech, and sustainable infrastructure. You'll lead cross-functional initiatives to prototype and validate solutions that will shape our industry by 2026, while maintaining competitive advantage in an exponentially evolving landscape.
Responsibilities
- Architect multi-year innovation roadmaps targeting 2026 market disruptions
- Lead market research and technology scouting for emerging trends
- Design and validate prototype solutions for next-generation challenges
- Present strategic foresight findings to executive leadership and investors
- Collaborate with R&D teams to bridge theoretical concepts with practical applications
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Develop KPI frameworks to measure innovation impact and ROI
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, R&D, or emerging technologies
- Proven track record of delivering market-defining products/strategies
- Expertise in at least three of: AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, biotech, or sustainable tech
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations and stakeholder alignment
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in matrix organizations
- Master's degree in relevant field (PhD preferred)
- Published thought leadership in innovation or technology journals
