You'll work in our state-of-the-art Austin headquarters, a hub for technological advancement, and lead cross-functional teams in turning futuristic concepts into reality.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute 5-year innovation roadmaps for clients across tech, healthcare, and energy sectors
- Lead AI-driven scenario planning to anticipate market disruptions and opportunities
- Develop sustainability frameworks integrating circular economy principles
- Facilitate executive workshops on future-proofing business models
- Conduct competitive analysis in emerging technology landscapes
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and boards
- Mentor junior futurists and build internal foresight capabilities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Technology Strategy, or related field
- 8+ years in innovation consulting or corporate strategy
- Proven track record developing 5+ year strategic frameworks
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, or biotech applications
- Experience with scenario planning tools and methodologies
- Strong presentation skills for executive audiences
- Published thought leadership on future trends (preferred)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFMP) (required)
