Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical AI frameworks for autonomous systems in space exploration
- Lead cross-functional teams in deploying scalable ML pipelines processing petabytes of real-time data
- Develop quantum-resistant algorithms for next-gen cybersecurity systems
- Architect federated learning networks across global satellite infrastructure
- Drive innovation in explainable AI for high-stakes decision-making systems
- Partner with government agencies on national AI security initiatives
- Mentor AI engineers in advanced neural network optimization techniques
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/AI or equivalent with 5+ years in advanced AI development
- Proven expertise in quantum computing and post-quantum cryptography
- Published research in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.)
- Experience deploying production-grade AI systems in aerospace/defense
- Mastery of PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks
- Deep understanding of ethical AI governance frameworks
- Strong background in reinforcement learning for autonomous systems
- Security clearance or ability to obtain Secret clearance preferred
