Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive AI strategy aligned with our 2026 business objectives and technological capabilities.
- Lead the end-to-end architecture and deployment of enterprise-grade Generative AI solutions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, and data teams to integrate AI models into core platforms.
- Identify emerging AI trends and evaluate new frameworks to maintain our competitive edge.
- Establish best practices for AI governance, model evaluation, and responsible AI deployment.
- Mentor and scale a high-performing team of AI engineers and data scientists.
- Present strategic insights and project milestones to executive stakeholders and board members.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, product management, or strategic technology roles.
- Proven track record of successfully scaling Generative AI or LLM-based products from conception to production.
- Deep understanding of modern AI architectures, including transformers, RAG systems, and agentic frameworks.
- Strong programming background in Python and experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
