Responsibilities
- Define 2026 Roadmaps: Lead the strategic planning for GenAI integration, specifically focusing on readiness for the 2026 technology landscape.
- Architecture Design: Design scalable, secure, and resilient system architectures that support large-scale generative models.
- Technical Strategy: Evaluate emerging AI technologies (LLMs, Agents, Vector Databases) and integrate them into the core tech stack.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical requirements into clear business strategies for executive leadership.
- R&D Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and researchers to push the boundaries of what's possible in 2026.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in AI/ML architecture or system design.
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to forecast technology trends and prepare organizations for the 2026 era of AI.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
