Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for practical real-world applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum hardware architectures
- Publish peer-reviewed research in top-tier quantum computing journals

- Develop error correction protocols for scalable quantum systems

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum computing research experience
- Expertise in quantum algorithms (Shor's, Grover's, QAOA)
- Proficiency with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Strong background in superconducting qubits or photonic systems
- Track record of publishing high-impact research papers
- Experience with quantum error correction and fault-tolerant designs
