Role Overview
You will lead the architectural strategy for our core products, overseeing the transition from legacy systems to autonomous, intelligent frameworks. This is not just a maintenance role; it is a foundational role in building the tech stack of 2026.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technical Roadmap, aligning product vision with architectural feasibility.
- Lead the design of scalable, fault-tolerant systems leveraging edge computing and AI.
- Drive innovation in Neural Network Optimization and predictive analytics.
- Mentor senior engineering teams and establish coding standards for high-performance environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure technical solutions meet business goals.
- Research emerging technologies (e.g., Blockchain, AR/VR interfaces) and assess their viability for integration.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience (Master’s preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years leading complex engineering teams.
- Deep expertise in Machine Learning, Cloud Architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and Microservices.
- Experience with Quantum Computing concepts or high-performance computing clusters.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a demonstrated ability to think long-term.
