Responsibilities
- Analyze global technology trends to identify breakthrough opportunities for 2026 market disruption
- Develop and implement a comprehensive 5-year technology strategy aligned with corporate vision
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and testing emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Create predictive models for technology adoption curves and competitive landscape shifts
- Partner with product teams to integrate futuristic innovations into development roadmaps
- Deliver executive briefings on technology futures and strategic implications
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI implementation and responsible innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neurotech
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused tech strategies in Fortune 500 environments
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies (PhD preferred)
- Certifications in Technology Foresight, Strategic Innovation, or similar frameworks
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Deep understanding of ethical tech governance and responsible innovation principles
