Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technical roadmap for the 2026 product suite, focusing on Generative AI and Neural Networks.
- Architect scalable, high-performance microservices capable of handling petabyte-scale data loads.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate futuristic concepts into concrete technical specifications.
- Lead a team of senior engineers in deploying state-of-the-art Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Ensure system resilience, security, and compliance across all 2026-era infrastructure.
- Identify emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing interfaces) and evaluate their integration potential.
- Drive innovation sprints to prototype and validate next-generation AI architectures.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems.
- Proven track record of leading engineering teams in high-growth tech environments.
- Strong understanding of MLOps, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience designing systems for ethical AI and data privacy.
- Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
