- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies (AI, quantum, blockchain, metaverse)
- Produce strategic foresight reports on market disruption scenarios
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate future tech into commercial offerings
- Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Present future-tech strategies to investors and board members
- Drive cross-functional innovation sprints with 50+ engineers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, tech consulting, or futurism roles
- Expertise in emerging technologies with proven implementation track record
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or Futures Studies
- Published thought leadership in tech foresight or innovation strategy
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through digital transformation
- Strong analytical skills with scenario planning expertise
- Certification in Futures Studies or Innovation Management preferred
