- Pioneer ethical frameworks for autonomous decision-making algorithms
- Launch 3+ moonshot projects annually with commercialization potential
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/Engineering with 10+ years in emerging tech
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum machine learning
- Proven track record scaling AI systems from prototype to enterprise
- Expertise in ISO 20700 foresight methodology and horizon scanning
- Experience securing federal SBIR grants for disruptive innovations
