Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning long-term architectural vision with business objectives.
- Architect resilient, high-performance systems capable of scaling to exabyte-level data processing.
- Lead the integration of Generative AI and Quantum Computing paradigms into our core product suite.
- Mentor a world-class team of engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and continuous learning.
- Conduct rigorous feasibility studies for emerging technologies and recommend strategic pivots to maintain market leadership.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, security, and executive leadership to drive roadmap prioritization.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field; equivalent experience is highly valued.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or CTO-level role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of System Design, Distributed Systems, Cloud Architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and Microservices.
- Future-Ready Skills: Proven experience with AI/ML model deployment, Large Language Models (LLMs), and foundational Quantum Computing concepts.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to build and scale high-performance engineering teams and drive complex technical initiatives.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executives.
