Responsibilities
- Architect 5-10 year tech roadmaps integrating quantum AI, neuromorphic computing, and climate-positive innovations
- Lead 'Future Scenario Planning' workshops with C-suite executives to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and human-AI symbiosis
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets across R&D initiatives and strategic partnerships
- Present quarterly 'State of the Future' briefings to global stakeholders
- Mentor cross-functional teams in speculative design and exponential thinking methodologies
- Collaborate with MIT and Stanford on emerging tech research initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech roles with proven impact in AI, blockchain, or biotech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Futurism, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Published thought leadership on technological singularity or human augmentation
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ future-tech prototypes or scenario planning projects
- Expertise in ethical AI governance frameworks (IEEE, EU AI Act)
- Proficiency in futures research tools (horizon scanning, Delphi methods)
- Experience scaling tech initiatives from concept to $100M+ revenue
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python, Rust, or Go)
