Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional initiatives to prototype and validate futuristic solutions
- Establish KPIs and success metrics for innovation projects
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Manage a $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of experimental innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record of launching tech products with $10M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, biotech)
- Strong data modeling and market analysis capabilities
- Executive-level presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Business, or related field
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFM, CPSM) preferred
- Experience scaling innovation teams in high-growth environments
