Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership with 5+ years in emerging tech (quantum/AI/neural)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Physics, or Futurist Studies
- Published research in IEEE or Nature on advanced computing paradigms
- Proven track record of launching 3+ industry-disrupting products
- Expertise in ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation
- Experience with quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Deep understanding of neurotechnology and brain-computer interfaces
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (CFP) preferred
