- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive trends in energy, biotech, and space tech
- Present future scenarios to C-suite executives and investment committees
- Oversee pilot programs for next-gen human-machine collaboration interfaces
- Author whitepapers on sustainable tech adoption pathways
- Manage $2M+ innovation budget for prototyping and research initiatives
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic foresight or emerging technology leadership
- Proven track record in scaling futuristic concepts (quantum/AI/biotech focus)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Deep understanding of exponential technology convergence patterns
- Executive-level communication for complex technical concepts
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
