Responsibilities

- Produce annual Horizon Reports analyzing disruptive forces and paradigm shifts
- Design scenario-planning models for geopolitical, climate, and technological disruptions
- Partner with product teams to embed future-ready principles into innovation pipelines
- Establish global thought leadership through whitepapers, keynotes, and industry panels
- Mentor next-generation futurists and build an internal foresight ecosystem
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Proven track record of developing long-term technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario-planning methodologies
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology trends
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method, STEEP analysis)
